THE OPAL

Step inside to discover a vaulted ceiling adorned with original beams and restored historic hardwood flooring, reminiscent of the illustrious past of the former Simonson's Lumber warehouse.

THE LANDING
The Landing is where every event takes flight. Elevate your gatherings to new heights within our distinctive 1500-square-foot space, nestled on the second level of The Olive Ann Hotel. A rentable furnished outdoor patio is located across the hall. The Landing is a versatile canvas, ideal for hosting a diverse array of events, including rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, socials, and small wedding receptions. The Landing offers the convenience of a full catering service and a full-service private bar.

The Landing comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests in a cocktail setting or 48 people seated at round tables.
OVER DEMERS
Discover our newest spot for gatherings! Welcome to Over DeMers, where you can mingle over drinks and hors d'oeuvres while enjoying stunning views of downtown Grand Forks. This space sits right in the skywalk, giving you a unique perspective of DeMers Avenue.

Over DeMers can comfortably host 50 guests.
THE BOARDROOM
